Rahon Return Policy

At Rahon, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We’d love to give your activewear a chance at a new home, so we ask that all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alterations. Please note that items with makeup or tan marks, perfume or body odours, deodorant, or sweat patches from those high-intensity sessions cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.

✅ Change of Mind Returns

Full-Priced Items: Eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Sale Items: Eligible for an exchange within 14 days of receipt, under the same condition as full-priced items.

Final Sale Items: No returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

🧾 Faulty or Defective Items

If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, this may include a replacement or refund.

📦 Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at rahonwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.

Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. 

Return Time Frame: Please allow up to 14 days for your return parcel to reach us via courier. Once received, we’ll review and process your return, then send you a confirmation email. Rahon is not responsible for parcels lost in transit when returned through a courier other than our recommended service.

💳 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account after processing.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
